Goals for this year　by Naito

This year, the Nanofiber Division will act with the following 5S goals.

1. SPEED
   (We will respond to customer inquiries within 2 days. We will check and respond to emails at least once even on holidays.)
2. STRATEGY
   (We will deliver interesting information on the WEB and DM.)
3. SENSE
   (I will constantly acquire new information and refine my sense of being able to provide useful information to customers.)
4. SATISFICATION
   (We will do our best to satisfy our customers)
5. SERVICE
   (Please do not hesitate to contact us for repairs, spinning advice, etc. We will respond promptly.)
