We won the excellent presentation award at the research presentation of The Textile Machinery Society Of Japan.

At the research presentation meeting held at Kanazawa University on December 11, our researchers were involved in “Development of needleless nozzle for mass production of nanofibers,” which won the excellent presentation award.

In this study, we investigated spinning methods focusing on two issues in order to develop a needleless nozzle capable of mass production of nanofibers.
1.Study of nozzle shape to generate many Taylor cones at the same time. →Design of needleless nozzle
2.Control of the field of spinning　→Optimization of the distance between the nozzle and the collector, as well as designing a new control plate
